Supply Chain Security  –  Methods to exclude a bad actor from the supply chain who could have motivation to tamper with or embed a backdoor that bypasses Network Security and provides unwarranted access. The bad actor could be a subcomponent provider, manufacturer or even the product/system provider. While some battery management systems are rebranded offshore products, Nuvation Energy has always designed and manufactured its products entirely in the U.S. and Canada. Nuvation’s strict procurement practices rigorously control component sourcing to ensure the highest standards of product quality.

• Nuvation solely procures components from franchised distributors and direct manufacturing partners to ensure PCB and board level components meet design and certification compliance, and to avoid counterfeit parts.
• Nuvation manages the entire supply chain from raw materials to board assembly, product assembly, test and packaging of final products.

Nuvation designs and manufactures all product test equipment in-house, enabling precise control over manufacturing quality and ensuring our products consistently exceed customer expectations.

• This includes test systems for bed of nails testing, hi-pot testing, burn-in testing, and final functional testing.
• Our testing infrastructure ensures when products are released to customers, all regulatory, safety and functionality requirements have been satisfied.
• All test registers and results are tracked in real-time through secured servers.

Nuvation has also developed our proprietary Manufacturing and Test Management Systems (MTMS) through which we can verify authenticity of integrated components continuously through manufacturing and commissioning of systems.

• All data is maintained for each unique product serial number for long term retained traceability.
