Get Started
INSTALLING AND SETTING UP THE MULTI-STACK CONTROLLER
- Download the following:
- Product Manual – Contains the full instructions for your Multi-Stack Controller.
- Review Safety Warnings: Prior to installation, please review the full set of safety warnings provided in all Product Manuals – both BMS and MSC.
- Setup your BMS and batteries: Connect the batteries and BMS to your system according to the BMS Product Manual.
Find the appropriate documents in our Technical Resources section. - Connect the Multi-Stack Controller product to your system: Connect the Multi-Stack Controller to the system power and network.
Follow the ‘Electrical Connections’ section in the Product Manual.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that Ethernet ports 7 and 8 are only compatible with 1/10 Gbit network speeds. Please ensure that the switch or router connecting to ports 7 and 8 support at least one of those speeds.
- Power on the Multi-Stack Controller: The Multi-Stack Controller can now be powered on and the Operator Interface can be launched.
Follow the ‘First Power-Up’ section in the Product Manual. - Launch the Operator Interface: The dashboard can be accessed through the URL http://ncontroller-<serial_number>.local, where the <serial_number> is located on the label on the underside of the MSC.
Follow the ‘Using the Multi-Stack Operator Interface > Access the Multi-Stack Operator Interface’ section in the Product Manual.
USING THE MULTI-STACK CONTROLLER
- Review Product Operating Limits: Exceeding the ratings of the product will damage the system.
Please review the ‘Operating Limits’ section in the Product Manual. - Using the Mult-Stack Operator Interface: The dashboard can be accessed through the URL http://ncontroller-<serial_number>.local, where the <serial_number> is located on the label on the underside of the MSC.
Follow the ‘Using the Multi-Stack Controller Operator Interface’ section of the Product Manual.
